- We have full workshop facilities so can repair, service and upgrade your vehicle to get it adventure ready.
- We build your habitation box with customisable door, windows and hatches as a blank canvas ready for internal fit out.
- We provide expertly designed subframes and an array of accessories to make the most from your build.
- Unless you want a design the same as one of our previous builds, we generally approach these as a fully custom build.

- We have built expedition vehicles out of Mercedes-Benz, MAN, DAF, IVECO and Mitsubishi and will tackle anything 4WD with a GVW of 7.5t or more

Habitation Box Construction
Our composite habitation boxes are lightweight, highly insulated, and designed to last.
Key Features:
- GRP & XPS foam construction – No metal frames, reducing weight and eliminating cold bridging
- Strong - Woven GRP exterior to withstand impact damage
- Superior insulation – 64mm walls and 84mm floor panels
- Lightweight - Composite box just 400kg on average
- CNC machined apertures – accurate fitting of windows, doors & hatches.
Subframes
Our truck subframes are fully custom and are designed and optimised for the vehicle and it's intended use.
We carry out testing to determine the flexibility of the chassis and to assess the required clearances.
Mounting points are neatly integrated for any accessories and the full structure is optimised for weight and strength.
All of our subframes are made from S355 structural steel and are hot dip galvanised for excellent corrosion protection.
